When can I get a prenatal massage?

It is safe to get a prenatal massage from a trained massage therapist during all 3 trimesters. The first trimester (weeks 1-13) is a sensitive time and some woman choose to wait. If you are under a Dr's or Midwives care due to a complication, please reach out so we can discuss what's best for you and your baby.

When can I get a postnatal massage?

If you delivered vaginally you can have a massage as soon as you are ready. If you delivered via cesarean you will need to be cleared from your provider. Scar tissue massage/tummy massage will not be performed until the incision has fully healed, usually 6-10 weeks postnatal.

Do you massage non-pregnant clients?

Yes. I’d be happy to massage your partners, family members and friends as well.
